You represent and warrant that you have all necessary licenses and clearances to use the material in your advertisement.
BumperHumpers reserves the right to reject any advertisement. Payment received for any advertisement will be refunded in the event that BumperHumpers does not publish said advertisement. BumperHumpers will not be liable for any other costs or damages if for any reason it rejects or fails to publish an advertisement.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BumperHumpers from any and all liabilities, losses, costs or damages, including attorney's fee, resulting from any claim you make in your advertisement. In no event will BumperHumpers be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or exemplary damages whatsoever, even if BumperHumpers has been advised of the possibilities of such damages.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
